Yellow Dragon Fruit

The yellow dragon fruit (Selinicereus Megalanthus) is a vine climbing cactus that grows primarily in Central and South America. The tough and nubby outside is a bright canary yellow with small brown points on the tips of each nub. The white flesh inside is dotted with tiny seeds similar to the size of kiwi seeds. The seeds of a yellow dragon fruit are a natural laxative and you should strain them before using the fruit flesh to make jam or smoothies.
